WHAT DO WE TALK ABOUT WHEN WE TALK?
Together with entrepreneurs, our collaborators, the Board of Directors, associates and the Steering Committee, our partners, and suppliers-funders; we talk about the issues that really matter, those that drive us to be a stronger and more responsible organization; aligning with the expectations of those who trust us. Thus, in 2024 we conducted a materiality analysis, through the relevance and influence analysis methodology, as a result we consolidated 14 material issues (See materiality matrix), grouped into three strategic dimensions that reflect our commitment to sustainable development

Our Management Model
Our management model is much more than a corporate tool: it is the compass that guides us to consolidate the functioning of all elements of the organization, integrating every action with our strategy and purpose. For these reasons, it is supported by two fundamental pillars: A culture in motion and our commitment to sustainability, aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
